The publication of the 2010 symposium led to the publication of a map of Paris early 19th c. The map is built on P. Vasserot’s mapping of urban blocks georeferenced by ALPAGE. It gives a precise picture of pre industrial Paris. Actual urban blocks appear as watermarks in order to find one’s way around. The map comes with a smaller one presenting the old boroughs and neighbourhoods, pre 1860. The map is available in A1 or A2 formats and to be purchased at Presses universitaires de Vincennes.
